With the series »A Song With…« we present a digital music format created between April 2021 and November 2022. In collaboration with our principal conductor Gijs Leenaars, individual singers of the Rundfunkchor Berlin bring great Lieder to life—in the warm, intimate setting of the Orania.Berlin hotel. A musical experience that invites you to pause, listen, and marvel.

In the fifth episode, principal conductor Gijs Leenaars meets our tenor Jan Remmers, featuring Hugo Wolf’s »Der Genesene an die Hoffnung« (»The Convalescent’s Message to Hope«), set to a text by Eduard Mörike.
