as a processor in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. A corresponding data processing agreement is in place.
(2) If you wish to place an order in our webshop, it is necessary for the conclusion of the contract that you provide your personal data, which we require to process your order. (1) With your consent, you can subscribe to our newsletter, in which we inform you about our current and interesting offers. The goods and services advertised are specified in the declaration of consent.
(2) We use the so-called double opt-in procedure for newsletter registration. This means that after your registration, we send an email to the specified email address, in which we ask you to confirm that you wish to receive the respective newsletter. We store the email addresses, IP addresses, and the times of registration and, if applicable, confirmation. The purpose of this procedure is to verify your registration and, if necessary, to clarify any potential misuse of your personal data.
(3) The only mandatory information for receiving the newsletter is your email address. After your confirmation, we will store your email address for the purpose of sending you the newsletter. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(1)(a) GDPR.
(4) You may revoke your consent to receive the newsletter at any time and unsubscribe. You can revoke by clicking the link provided in every newsletter email, by emailing newsletter@rundfunkchor-berlin.de or by sending a message to the contact details provided in our imprint.

Such analysis is not possible if your email program is set to block images by default. In this case, the newsletter will not be displayed in full, and you may not be able to use all functions. If you manually allow images to be displayed, the analysis described above will take place.
Web Analytics
Use of Google Analytics
(1) This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). A data processing agreement with Google Analytics is in place. Google Analytics uses “cookies,” text files stored on your computer that enable analysis of your website usage. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is generally transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. If IP anonymization is activated on this website, your IP address will be shortened beforehand within member states of the European Union or in other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the website operator, Google will use this information to evaluate your website use, to compile reports on website activity, and to provide other services relating to website and internet usage.
(2) The IP address transmitted by your browser in the context of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.
(3) You may refuse the storage of cookies or prevent it through a corresponding setting of your browser software. Furthermore, you can prevent Google’s collection of the data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) as well as the processing of this data by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en.
(4) This website uses Google Analytics with the extension “_anonymizeIp()”. This ensures IP addresses are processed in a shortened form and cannot be linked to individuals. If personal reference arises from the collected data, this is immediately excluded, and the personal data is promptly deleted.
(5) We use Google Signals. This enables Google Analytics to collect additional information about users who have enabled personalized ads (interests and demographic data) and to deliver ads to these users in cross-device remarketing campaigns.
(6) We use Google Analytics to analyze the use of our website regularly and improve it. The statistics obtained help us improve our offer and make it more interesting for you as a user. In the exceptional cases where personal data is transferred to the USA, Google is certified under the EU-US Privacy Shield, https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework. The legal basis for using Google Analytics is Art. 6(1)(1)(f) GDPR.
Information on the third-party provider: Google Dublin, Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, Fax: +353 (1) 436 1001.
Privacy Policy & Terms of Use: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en.
(8) This website also uses Google Analytics for cross-device analysis of visitor flows, carried out via a user ID. You can disable the cross-device analysis of your usage in your customer account under “Personal Data & Privacy,” “My Personal Data.”
(9) You can prevent Google Analytics from collecting your data by clicking the following link. An opt-out cookie will be set, preventing data collection during future visits to this website: Disable Google Analytics.
More information on how Google Analytics handles user data can be found in Google’s privacy policy: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=en.
Google Analytics Remarketing
Our websites use Google Analytics Remarketing in combination with the cross-device functions of Google Ads and Google DoubleClick. Provider: Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
This function enables the remarketing target groups created with Google Analytics to be linked to the cross-device functions of Google Ads and Google DoubleClick. In this way, interest-based, personalized advertising messages adapted to you depending on your previous usage and browsing behavior on one device (e.g., smartphone) can also be displayed on another of your devices (e.g., tablet or PC).
If you have given corresponding consent, Google links your web and app browsing history with your Google account. This enables the same personalized advertising messages to be displayed on every device on which you sign in with your Google account.
To support this feature, Google Analytics collects Google-authenticated IDs of users, which are temporarily linked to our Google Analytics data in order to define and create target groups for cross-device advertising.
You can permanently opt out of cross-device remarketing/targeting by disabling personalized advertising in your Google account: https://adssettings.google.com/authenticated?hl=en
The aggregation of data collected in your Google account is based solely on your consent, which you may grant or revoke at Google (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). For data collection processes not merged into your Google account (e.g., because you don’t have a Google account or have objected to the merging), the data collection is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest arises from the fact that the website operator has an interest in the anonymized analysis of website visitors for advertising purposes.
Further information and the privacy policy can be found in Google’s privacy policy: https://www.google.com/policies/technologies/ads/.
Google Ads and Google Conversion Tracking
This website uses Google Ads, an online advertising program of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
As part of Google Ads, we use conversion tracking. When you click on an ad placed by Google, a cookie for conversion tracking is set. Cookies are small text files stored on the user’s computer by the browser. These cookies expire after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If a user visits certain pages of this website and the cookie has not expired, Google and we can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to that page.
Each Google Ads customer receives a different cookie. The cookies cannot be tracked across the websites of Ads customers. The information collected using conversion cookies is used to create conversion statistics for Ads customers who have opted in to conversion tracking. Customers learn the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. They do not receive information that personally identifies users.
If you do not wish to participate in tracking, you can opt out by disabling the Google Conversion Tracking cookie via your internet browser under user settings. You will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics.
The storage of “conversion cookies” is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in analyzing user behavior to optimize both its website and its advertising.
More information on Google Ads and Google Conversion Tracking can be found in Google’s privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy?gl=de&hl=en.
You can configure your browser to notify you when cookies are being set and to allow cookies only in individual cases, to exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general, and to enable automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. Disabling cookies may limit the functionality of this website.
Facebook Custom Audiences
(1) This website also uses the remarketing function “Custom Audiences” of Facebook Inc. (“Facebook”). This allows users of the website to be shown interest-based advertisements (“Facebook Ads”) when visiting the social network Facebook or other websites that also use this method. Our aim is to show you advertising that is of interest to you and to make our website more attractive.
(2) Due to the marketing tools used, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection to Facebook’s servers. We have no influence on the scope and further use of the data collected by Facebook through the use of this tool and therefore inform you according to our knowledge: By integrating Facebook Custom Audiences, Facebook receives the information that you have visited the relevant page of our website or clicked on one of our ads. If you are registered with a Facebook service, Facebook can assign the visit to your account. Even if you are not registered with Facebook or are not logged in, there is still a possibility that the provider will learn and store your IP address and other identifiers.
(3) You can deactivate the “Facebook Custom Audiences” function for logged-in users here: https://www.facebook.com/ads/preferences/?entry_product=ad_settings_screen.
(4) The legal basis for processing your data is Art. 6(1)(1)(f) GDPR. For more information on data processing by Facebook, please visit: https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy.
Facebook Pixel
Our website uses the visitor action pixel provided by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”), for conversion measurement.
This enables us to track the behavior of users after they have been redirected to the provider’s website by clicking on a Facebook ad. This allows us to evaluate the effectiveness of Facebook advertisements for statistical and market research purposes and to optimize future advertising campaigns.
The collected data is anonymous to us as the operator of this website; we cannot draw any conclusions about the identity of the users. However, the data is stored and processed by Facebook, which makes a connection to the respective user profile possible and allows Facebook to use the data for its own advertising purposes in accordance with the Facebook Data Policy. This enables Facebook to display ads on Facebook pages and outside of Facebook. We as the site operator have no influence on this use of the data.
Further information on the protection of your privacy can be found in Facebook’s privacy policy: https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/.
You can also disable the “Custom Audiences” remarketing function in your ad settings under https://www.facebook.com/ads/preferences/?entry_product=ad_settings_screen. You must be logged in to Facebook to do so. If you do not have a Facebook account, you can deactivate user-based advertising by Facebook on the website of the European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance: http://www.youronlinechoices.com/de/praferenzmanagement/.
