The specified days for auditions (26 June 2023) are subject to change.
Active and non-conducting master students are required to take part in all workshops and feedback sessions.
A refund of the registration fee in the event of non-participation in the 2023 Berlin International Masterclass for Choral Conducting is possible if the organizer is able to designate another master student from the list of applicants.
roc berlin reserves the right to make video and sound recordings during the workshops and workshop evaluations as well as of the concert. In addition, master students will be available for the recording of interviews.

a) to use the recording as often as desired, complete or in part, in public presentations, commercially or non-commercially as required, at conferences or other events. This also includes the right to public use of the recording at trade fairs, sales exhibitions, festivals and similar events.
b) to its utilization in advertising and as information, i.e. it has the authority to use the recording, individual titles or excerpts, as well as any photos taken in conjunction with it, for the purpose of advertising, promotion and information in all media.
c) to use the recording commercially, complete or in part, for sale in digital download form on the web pages of roc berlin or Rundfunkchor Berlin.
d) to transfer the rights acquired in this agreement to third parties for purpose of further exploitation.
e) to distribute the recordings in all formats whether now known or hereafter devised.
All utilization rights cited above include the commercial and non-commercial exploitation of the contractually agreed rights.
