Verena Böhnisch

Verena is a cultural manager specialising in music education for children, young people and young adults, with a particular focus on classical music and international exchange.

Her previous roles include Production Manager for the Deutsch-Skandinavische Jugend-Philharmonie and Coordinator of the Konzerthausorchester Berlin’s Orchestra Academy. Alongside her musical work, she has also been active in political and historical education as an education officer.

After several years living in Warsaw, she has returned to Berlin’s cultural landscape through her work with SING!, the Rundfunkchor Berlin’s education programme.
