Wolfram Teßmer
Baritone Wolfram Teßmer first studied church music in Greifswald before completing his vocal training at the Hochschule für Musik Hanns Eisler School in Berlin with Kammersänger Wolfgang Hellmich. He was a member of the song classes of Dietrich Fischer-Dieskau and Wolfram Rieger, attended masterclasses with, among others, Peter Schreier and Max van Egmond and was a scholarship holder at the Komische Oper Berlin.
He has been a member of the Rundfunkchor Berlin since 2004 and has appeared as a soloist with renowned conductors and orchestras such as the Deutsches Symphonie-Orchester Berlin under Ingo Metzmacher, the Rundfunk-Sinfonieorchester Berlin under Marek Janowski and the Berliner Philharmoniker under Pierre Boulez and Sir Simon Rattle.
