Steffi Klein

Since March 2025, Steffi Klein has been leading the SING! education programme of the Rundfunkchor Berlin, keeping all the strings perfectly in hand. Whether project design, fundraising, or organising interactive rehearsal visits – she approaches every challenge with sensitivity and a touch of humour.

Steffi completed her Master’s degree in Cultural Studies at Humboldt University of Berlin, working in parallel as an assistant director at the Monbijou Theatre and the Hexenberg Ensemble. Later, as a communication trainer and certified systemic coach at a Berlin agency, she advised various German and international organisations, specialising in non-verbal communication and female leadership. In 2025, the Rundfunkchor position brought her back to the cultural world – where she feels right at home.
